Think Differently About Thinking Differently

Neuro-inclusive coaching for adults, young people and parents with ADHD/ASD and co-occurring conditions.

Welcome to Neurocoach.me

We are a small team of expert Neurodivergence coaches with 25+ years of experience working with people who have unique brains, exceptional abilities and diverse challenges. We work collaboratively and bring broad expertise and training in neuro affirming approaches, insights and strategies. Our sessions are built around genuine connection and we draw on lived experience as neurodivergent individuals and parents. We move beyond standard productivity hacks to build a life centred on dopamine-rich flow, nervous system regulation, and radical self-acceptance. Our goal is to help you stop surviving in a neurotypical world, and start thriving in your own. We work with clients across the lifespan, and are also parent coaches for families with younger children.

I am passionate about sharing insights, and evidence-based tools to co-create strategies to allow those with “spicy” brains make the most of their gifts while living productive, healthy lives. I have a Neuroinclusive Coaching Diploma (accredited by the Association for Coaching) and am a professional member of the Association for Coaching and the Universal Coaching Alliance. Because executive functions are highly involved in setting and reaching goals (and in all areas of life), I am also an Executive Function Skills Specialist. I love supporting clients as they learn about EF skills and self regulation so you can move through the world and create success as your authentic self. I regularly give talks and run workshops so organisations & schools can incorporate neuroinclusive practices.

I am a parent to three neurodivergent, thriving young adults. The combination of lived experience and my broad training helps me support clients as they navigate and transition through schools, SEN departments, universities and workplaces.

I believe neurodivergence isn’t a collection of deficits, but a cognitive landscape rich with creativity, hyperfocus, and deep insight. Your brain isn’t a puzzle to be solved—it’s a brilliant kaleidoscope of ideas to be explored.

With over 25 years of experience, I bridge the gap between clinical excellence and real-world neurodivergent life. I navigate the world with an ADHD/AuDHD brain. I deeply understand the internal "tug-of-war" between the craving for novelty and the biological need for structure. My coaching is rooted in a simple neuro affirming paradigm: we don't "fix" your traits.

Instead, we work together to understand your unique cognitive profile and build a world that accommodates it. We move toward a life built on sustainable flow and self-compassion.

It helps to think of ADHD as a complex set of contradictory or paradoxical tendencies: a lack of focus combined with an ability to super focus; a lack of direction combined with highly directed entrepreneurialism; a tendency to procrastinate combined with a knack for getting a week’s worth of work done in two hours; impulsive, wrongheaded decision making combined with inventive, out-of-the-blue problem solving; interpersonal cluelessness combined with uncanny intuition and empathy; the list goes on.

What is Neuroinclusive Coaching?

Neuroinclusive coaching is a specialised form of support which provides psychoeducation and assists individuals with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Discalculia and other neurodevelopmental conditions in gaining insight into their unique neurotype. We work collaboratively (either in person or on Zoom) to foster self-awareness, motivation and to build scaffolding where it’s needed most. Coaching sessions last for 50 minutes or an hour x and occur weekly or bi-monthly. Most people find six to twelve sessions brings clarity, progress and behavioural change.

The work we do together differs from therapy; it is present and future-focused and provides insights, tools and practical executive function strategies that can significantly enhance your ability to navigate school, work and relationships. As you develop an understanding of your unique brain and the intersection with your nervous system, we will work together to build a framework that accommodates and supports. You will gain insights in how to estimate and manage demands and capacity while learning to make the most of your many strengths.
